Robert “Bob” Allen Keefer of Homewood,IL and Rutledge, GA died at his Homewood home 6/2/2024 at 76 years old
He is survived by: Carol Lynn Breedlove, sister; Kathleen Ann Korbal, niece; Nathan Witt, grandnephew; Ashley Nicole Korbal, grandniece and 2 great grandnieces.
He worked most of his life as a locomotive engineer for The Rock Island Railroad, Illinois Central Railroad, Alaska Railroad, and Canadian Pacific Railroad. He was a proud member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and served as their Division 10 Legislative representative for several years.
